Flossing is an extremely useful practice to clear your teeth of all bacteria. The minute organisms tend to hide between your teeth, and just brushing may not eliminate them. Dental floss can clean your teeth thoroughly and actually gives a polishing effect to your teeth.

Last but not least a pleasant mouthwash should be used after brushing and flossing. Whatever cannot be removed in the form of germs and bacteria can be killed and removed with a mouthwash. When you are not at home, it may not always be convenient to be brushing and flossing after every meal, but if your carry a mouthwash with you, you can just freshen up in the washroom by cleaning your mouth with it.
